While it doesn’t experience the same aggressive price spikes as the central Barossa Valley or Adelaide hills, Cambrai is benefiting from a steady upward trend driven by affordability and the “spillover” effect from neighbouring regions.
The property price increase expectation for Cambrai in 2026 is generally forecasted to be in the range of 4% to 7%.
Factors Driving the 2026 Outlook

As median prices in the Barossa (Tanunda/Angaston) push toward $750,000+, Cambrai remains one of the few locations within a 90-minute radius of Adelaide where entry-level buyers can still find homes in the $400,000 – $500,000 range.
